These are the  Drug-Free Ambassadors of Sydney, Australia (and their friends).

The Drug-Free Ambassadors is a drug-prevention program sponsored by  Scientology Churches in Australia and some other countries.  Its sister organization is the Drug-Free Marshals, the name the groups go by in the United States.

Drug-Free Marshals was a concept implemented to put peer pressure on kids not to take drugs, to counteract the pressure they ofter get to take them.  Drug-Free Marshals pledge to stay drug free and to help their friends make the same decision.

Scientology churches around the world run or participate in anti-drug programs in their communities.
