Apr. 24, 2006 - Scientology in the News
I don't think I've ever see so much talk about Scientology in the news as I have these days.
There's a good photo story in ABC.com today, featuring a lot of Scientology celebrities
Here's an example:

Kirstie Alley credits Scientology with helping her kick a drug
addiction. "I didn't want to do drugs anymore, but I didn't want to
live life without doing drugs. … I had one auditing session in
Scientology, and I never did drugs again and never had the urge to do
drugs again," she told "20/20" in a 1998 interview.

I noticed some new web sites of Scientology churches so I thought I'd share these too.
The Church of Scientology of Toronto
is located in the heart of the city. It is not only the central
church for Ontario but also the continental church for all of
Canada. The Scientology Public Affairs Director also has a news blog that's worth checking out.
The Church of Scientology of San Diego
has a beautiful new site too. The San Diego church does a great
deal of work helping kids stay off drugs. They are also very
active in human rights and their Scientology Volunteer Ministers
came to public view a few years ago when they spent day after day on
the fire line, helping firefighters battle the Southern Califonia brush
fires. But their main activity is providing Scientology training and auditing to Scientologists, and introducing new people to the many benefits available from Scientology technology.
The Church of Scientology of Tampa is another great Scientology church. As a matter of fact it was acknowledged as the fastest expanding Scientology church in the world at a recent international Scientology event.
