Jul. 11, 2006 - Some Thoughts on Helping
I was happy to see that the Church of Scientology of San Diego is now showing news about what is going on in Scientology around the world, like this story about the Scientology Volunteer Ministers who are helping the victims of the earthquake in Java.
I like keeping up with news about the Volunteer Ministers and other activities Scientologists are doing in society
One of the most gratifying things about being a Scientologist is
knowing how to help someone when they need a hand up. It can be
as simple as listing to them or as involved as giving them a Dianetics session
to help them overcome some major traumatic incident. Just knowing
you can help (and helping) adds a completely new dimension to
life. I don't think I ever feel as happy as when I can help
someone.
