The literal explanation of Sanskrit word Yoga is union. It is the improvement
of balance in the body via growing strength and flexibility. But also there are
several benefits too. Yoga
aides ease tension in the body, raise joint mobility, decrease backpain by
strengthening the spine. It improves your endocrine system, immune system, blood
circulation and disgestion system.
Yoga as well has
positives to the mental state of the body. Yoga aides you in relaxing you
mind and body, sharpening your concentration and in stress management. You will
become disciplined with Yoga.
In case if you are just beginning or have never carried out any Yoga before,
I advise going for a few different varieties of yoga to find out what you like
perfect. There is no rigid rule that tells you are required to do only one type
of Yoga. Asthanga Yoga is my admired one however I even try out Hatha Yoga and
