Nowadays, every third human being is having high BP. As the
high
Blood Pressure has no such set of symptoms so, it turns out to be
absolutely not easy to diagnose it. Untreated above
normal blood pressure
can cause kidney failure, congestive heart failure, heart attack,
stroke or even heart failure. Exclusive elements, which lead to high BP
are in our hand, so we can at least check them. In a future when you
make sure that you are getting your Blood pressure diagnosed at daily
basis then alone you can find out whether you are experiencing high BP
or not. You can too say that a high blood pressure is a Silent Killer
since it is not plainly visible but very dangerous.
The brain requires clear flow of blood to accomplish its many
roles.
Very high, sustained BP will ultimately lead blood vessels to crack up.
The seepage of blood from these splitted blood vessels is very much
possible in the brain. The part of the brain that consists of these
cracked vessels starts becoming dead, and this will lead to a stroke.
Also, when a blood clot jammed a narrowed artery, blood restricts to
flow and a stroke will take place. Signs of a stroke include immediate
numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, particularly on one side
of your body, dilemma, difficulty speaking, or in vision &
immediate severe headache.
