Here are few excellent yoga positions for relieving backpain. Yoga postures Every pose must be retained from 5 to ten secs, depends on your level of comfort, & should be performed on a mat or other soft, comforting surface.

Corpse: Lay down flat on your back in a relaxed position, arms reclining at your sides, palms down, & legs lying naturally, with knees turned out slightly. If you are getting hurt in that case change the yoga position. Perform the position with your knees bowed & feet flat on the floor. Have intense breathes to leave the anxiety.

Cat Stretch: Start out on the knees and hands with a flat back. The hands need to be directly below your shoulders with your fingers spread. Yoga and asana or yoga and lotus or yoga and mall Knees need to be right away below the hips. Freely retained your head & examine the floor within your hands. For this yoga position breathe in or out, and when you breathe out, arch your back to the ceiling, tuck your chin into the chest so that you are looking at your bellybutton, and have the tailbone underneath. Hold, then come back into your original position.
