We have also seen some terrible "fatigue" affect of exposure to extended stress. Your health may be affected either by direct biological harm or by bad behavioral effects.

The Stress behavioral aftermaths:
The behavioral effects of an overemphasized trend are facile to interpret. Whenever suffering from Stress, certain people are more likely to drink massively or can smoke cigarettes, as a way of having immediate synthetic respite from the stress.

Others can have so much work to do that they do not regular workout or eat properly. They may not sleep, or may get disturbed so much that they sleep exceptionally. Some people can become so engrossed in their work and undergoing routine pressures in such a way that they don't have time to visit the doctor or dentist whenever they wish to. In the end, rotten health condition.

Stress and heart diseases
The link between the heart disease and the stress is direct. In case if stress is intense, & stress hormones are not 'used up' by bodily movement, our increased rate of heart and the extreme blood pressure put tension on arteries and can hurt these organs. As the human body heals this harm, artery walls scar & thicken, which may reduce the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.
