The literal meaning of Sanskrit word Yoga is union. Yoga grows strength in
the body which leads to the development of balance in it. But at the same time
these are just some advantages provided by Yoga. Yoga aides relieve

empowering the spine. Yoga not only makes your body strong and flexible but even
