The problems related to work are not unknown to any individual. We've as well observed the horrible "fatigue" effect of exposure to long-lasting stress. Your well being can be affected either by direct physiological hurt or by harmful behavioral effects. Certain behavioral aftermaths of stress: Other people will have great work to do that they don't regular workout or eat ideally. They will cut down on sleep, or can worry so much that they sleep like anything. They can get so much carried away with work & meeting daily pressures that they don't take time to see the physician or dentist whenever they require to. It may capable to harm health.
