"We were back to winning ways today and we all wanted these three points," admitted Javier Zanetti on Inter Channel following the Nerazzurri's 3-1 win at home to Udinese. "We can't make any more mistakes and we must do our best until the end. Personally I feel very good, but the important thing is to be useful to the team. I won't go away with my national team, so I will have the chance to work with my team-mates for a whole week and make the best preparations for this final phase of the season."
Commenting on Walter Samuel's sending-off, Zanetti added: "It was an excessive sending-off. At the most, it was a yellow-card foul. Last week there was that bad episode involving Totti and we're very sorry about this. Now everyone wants to penalise challenges from behind. This is right but they need to be assessed well." |
