I have long been a supporter of an incredible nonprofit organization called Knowbility. It's based in Austin, Texas, and it does amazing, AMAZING work regarding helping create access to technology education and job opportunities for people with disabilities. I am so proud to have supported this organization, and hope to for a long time to come. One of the projects they have worked on is Assistive Technology Strategies Tools Accomodations and Resources (ATSTAR), and it's being considered for inclusion as part of this year's NetSquared conference (N2Y2). The conference will focus on just 20 social change projects, bringing together funders, developers and other people and organizations that can bring the top 20 projects to the next level. Please please consider voting for the ATSTAR initiative. You will support the development of an important tool that will help expand tech inclusion for kids with disabilities.
