What blogs do I read? And why?

The word "blog" is short for "web log", and means keeping a journal or diary online. Blogging is NOT a new concept -- people have been doing it long before it had a snazzy media label. Sometimes a blog is a person's own thoughts and feelings about an issue or event; other times, it's a list of links to sites and information the author finds interesting, usually around a particular theme. The appeal of blogging for an online audience is that it's more personal and less formal than other information on a web site. I've created a list of most of the blogs that I read, a mixture of professional and personal interests. Enjoy.
