Unfortunately, High Blood Pressure does not exhibit any
symptoms on your body hence, it is very hard to diagnose. High blood
pressure is much more general in adults and nearly twenty per cent of
them are afflicted by it in developed countries. Hypertension has been
seen more prevalent in the developing countries.
Many medicines are introduced by physicians to control it but
yet they have not been capable enough to control high blood pressure in
many people. The World Health Organisation (WHO) reports that the present plight
of high blood pressure is more complicated by poor compliance
to prescribed anti-hypertensive medication.
Blood pressure is calculated in millimetres of mercury (mm Hg)
and estimations which are not more than 120/80 mm Hg are observed
normal. A measurement of less than 140/90 mm Hg is determined normal,
but blood
pressure coming more than 140/90 is known as hypertension.
Hypertension is one of the major causes of death or inability
resulting from stroke, kidney failure and heart attack. There exists 2 kinds of elevated
blood pressure and 90 per cent of all instances are of main
or else major hypertension where the current origin is untold, not like
secondary hypertension with detectable causes that may be capable of
improvement or temperamental.
