The joint between the heart disease and the stress is direct. In case if stress is strong, and the hormones of stress are not 'used' by bodily action, our elevated heart rate and the high blood pressure firm arteries and can hurt these organs. This decreases the blood supply & oxygen to heart as artery walls get scarred and harden also after the treatment of damage carried out by the human body in the natural way.
