Now, whenever you are spending good time with your three or four friends, take a good look around; one of you will must be having high BP. Unfortunately, because there are no set of symptoms, you could not even be conscious of it. Not treated high bloodpressure can give way to serious disorders like heart attack or stroke. Circumstances, which lead to this disorder that are both under our check, and out of our control. The alone procedure to determine if you are suffering from high BP is to get your blood pressure diagnosed. The effects of high BP are very venomous, so one must never take it leniently.

All the significant roles of your body are executed by your brain, therefore, it demands free blood flow. Very high, sustained BP will ultimately cause blood vessels to droop. Sometimes these cracked up blood vessels can break, and blood can leak into the brain. The portion of the brain that consists of these cracked vessels becomes numb, and this will lead to a stroke. There are several thin arteries available in brain or if any of these get jammed by a blood lump then it causes a stroke. Characteristics of a stroke comprise unexpected insensitivity or weakness of the face, arm or leg, particularly on one side of the body, disturbance, difficulty speaking, or looking as well as sudden severe headache.
