Meaning of High Blood Pressure
Extreme
bloodpressure
can be soar during force imposed by circulating blood on the artery
walls as a natural response to stress & bodily work. But, if
this
pressure continues to be steadily high (high blood pressure as it is
known), it can put burden your heart and arteries. Hypertension causes
heart attacks and strokes.
How to Measure Blood Pressure?
Your blood pressure is examined in two values, the systolic,
where
blood impose pressure when it enters into aorta from the heart and the
second is diastolic, where blood exert prssure when the heart
ventricles repose between beats. Medical practitioners check it in
millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
Extreme Blood Pressure will be defined in an adult as a blood pressure
higher or equal to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or above or equable to
90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. But, a blood pressure reading greater than
140/90 points out hypertension and is observed unnatural in any stage.
