All of us are quite accustomed with the aftermaths of the cumbersome work pressure & the resultant stress. We've also observed some unfavorable "fatigue" influence of revealing to extended stress. These effects may even influence your health - either with direct biological harm to your body, or with harmful behavioral effects.

Stress behavioral aftermaths:
The behavioral effects of an overstated trend are apparent to interpret. When under Stress, some persons are in the habit to drink heavily or can smoke, as a way of getting immediate chemical relief from the stress.

Bulky workload doesn't permit people to manage their food and health excellently. Either they don't sleep at all or they sleep terribly. Few of them can become so busy in work & facing everyday pressures that they do not have a single second to visit the doctor or dental expert when they need to. It may capable to harm your health.

How the stress is related to heart diseases?
There is strong link between the stress and the heart disease. In case if the stress is strong, and the hormones of stress aren't 'spent' by bodily action, our raised rate of heart and excessive blood pressure put tension on arteries and can hurt these organs. This reduces the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart as artery walls get scarred and thicken even after damage curing carried out by the body in the natural way.
