Are You Forgetting Your Stress?Jan. 29, 2007

All of us are pretty accustomed with the consequences of the heavy load of work & the resultant stress. We've even observed some terrible "exhausion" affect of exposure to long-lasting stress. Your vitality may be affected either by direct biological hurt or by bad behavioral effects.

Stress behavioral consequences:
Overstated culture behavioral consequences are easy to explain. Whenever suffering from Stress, some people are more likely to drink heavily or smoke, as a way of having immediate chemical reprieve from the stress.

Heavy work load does not permit people to maintain their food and health nicely. They may cut down on sleep, or may get disturbed so much that they sleep terribly. Some people will get so carried away with work & undergoing daily stresses that they don't have time to go to the doctor or dentist whenever they would like to. Finally, bad health condition.

How the stress is linked to heart diseases?
There is direct link between heart disease and stress. If the stress is strong, and stress hormones are not 'used' by physical action, our increased rate of heart and elevated blood pressure tense the arteries and hurt these organs. As the human body cures the harm, artery walls scar & freeze, which may reduce the blood supply & oxygen to the heart.
