Yoga is the most helpful way to obtain relief from back pain as it's the best anxiety reliever, the main cause behind back pain. However not all of the poses of yoga will be beneficial, some may even aggravate the case. So it is pertinent to choose the most appropriate and the most helpful one. it is Ideal to do these poses in the surveillance of a certified instructor of yoga, & in case if you have any difficulties in these positions, you may consult the professional. Go for a yoga instructor in the commencing. In few courses he may train you with your form and posture during poses.

Cadaver: Lie flat on your back in a comfortable yoga pose, arms reclining at your sides, palms down, & the legs lying down naturally, with knees turned out to some extent. Inhale in or out for a few secs while permitting any strain to leave the body.

Cat Stretch: With a flat back begin out on the hands and knees. The hands need to be right away under your shoulders with fingers spread.
