All of us are fairly accustomed with the effects of the heavy work load &
the resultant stress. We have also witnessed the unpleasent "burnout" affect of
disclosure to long-lasting stress. These effects will also influence your health
- either with direct biological damage to your body, or with adverse behavioral
effects.
Few behavioral consequences of stress: You can very easily know
about the behavioral effects of an over-stressed lifestyle. When suffering from The Stress, few
persons are more likely to drink alcohol massively or can smoke cigarettes, for
the sake of having immediate chemical reprieve from the stress.
Other people may have huge work to do that they do not exercise or eat
correctly. They will cut down on sleep, or can worry so much that they sleep
badly. They may get so carried away with work & facing everyday pressures in
such a way that they do not take a single second to see the doctor or dental
expert whenever they require to. Ultimately, ruined health.
Stress and heart illness are related!!. Manytimes heart illness are
the final result of the stress. In case if the stress is intensified, & stress
hormones aren't 'spent' by physical action, our elevated heart rate and extreme
blood pressure tense the arteries and can hurt these organs. As the body mends
this effect, the walls of arteries get scarred & harden, which can decrease
the blood supply and oxygen to the heart.
